Bill Muckle – President
Mr. Muckle is President and Founder of mgi network services, LLC.  Prior to founding mgi network services, Mr. Muckle served as Vice President of Network Construction for a major long distance service provider.  During his tenure he was responsible for all activities associated with the design and construction of a network in excess of 18,000 fiber optic route miles and an annual capital budget in excess of $200 million. 

Throughout the years, Mr. Muckle has achieved industry-recognized expertise in the areas of design, construction, and operations of major telecommunications network infrastructures.

Mr. Muckle earned a Business Administration Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University.

Dale Richardson – Senior Vice President, Systems Engineering
Dale Richardson brings over 25 years of telecommunications experience in the fields of engineering and operations.  Most recently as the Vice President of Engineering & Planning for a nationwide service provider, Dale was responsible for the architecture, engineering, and deployment of its next generation of services to include its recent vpls/mpls network.

Dale has held various positions within engineering and operations over the last 25 years.  Dale has extensive expertise in the design, engineering, and implementation of next generation voice, video and data network solutions.

Dale earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
